I bought a clutch master for R1690 at AHK Mitchells Plain on 29 April 2024 and paid R1690.00 for it, however the part was faulty and I returned it to AHK Mitchells plain the very next day 30 April 2024 and in the exact condition I got it. They initially told me it will take 2 weeks for my money to be refunded, which i was fine with... then 2 weeks turned into 3 weeks, etc. and now 2 months later (9 weeks) and still i have not gotten my money back. I have been following up with then at least 2-3 times a week and each time i get a different EXCUSE as to why there is a delay in my refund. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AS AHK MITCHELLS PLAIN HAS TECHNICALLY ****** FROM ME. I am a mechanic working from home and before this experience I recommended many customers to them but after this I no longer do it as I fear my customers may experience the same challenges, luckily the part they are delaying the refund for was my own car ...imagine it had been for a customer and I had to fork the bill for it. I intend on writing to the local paper as this is unfair and people should know what type of business they are dealing with, they have no regard for customers, they do not care no matter how many times i follow up I AM SICK AND TIRED OF THIS BS !!!!!!
