I had a very disappointing experience with this seller. First, they failed to ship my order by the promised delivery date, and it wasn't even handed over to the courier by June 24th. On June 21st, I requested to cancel my order due to the delay, but they still shipped it on June 24th. They then told me to refuse the package if I didn't want it, which I did. After notifying them of the refusal, they promised a refund once the package was marked "returned to sender." Even after the package reached this status, they did not refund me, stating I had to wait until they physically received the return. This has caused unnecessary delays. Their actions have been *********, and their handling of the situation has been extremely unprofessional.
