Cathric Property Amanzimtoti
People, be careful to use Cathric Property in Amanzimtoti. I used them to rent out my property. When the tenant left, after paying absolutely every month, they refused to refund his deposit. As it was my property, I refunded his deposit. There was nothing wrong with the property and the tenant cleaned it meticulously before evacuating. Care for your money? DO NOT USE CATHRIC PROPERTY. The owner is Cathy Thompson 082 368 4936.

Rautenbach and Associates
Be careful not to ask Rautenbach and Associates to help you with debt collection. They will ask you to pay money upfront and that will be the last you will hear from them. Werner Rautenbach has a loose mouth and will talk you into anything and you will lose your money.

Rautenbach and Associates
Be very careful to use Rautenbach and Associates to do your debt collecting. The advertise to do it on a basis of "we only take 20% fee of whet we collect", yet you have to pay a fee before they start. Then the trouble starts. Werner Rautenbach is extremely rude and wants to take arbitration procedures against you. He has no decency dealing with his customers. The rudest person I have ever came across.

Be careful to do business with this company. You will never see your money when they rent out your property. I lodged a case at the police, but they take years to respond.

CDM Computers *****
Be careful to use this company CDM Computer technologies in Glenvista ) for computer repairs. I handed in 2 printers. They said they can only start working on them in 14 days time. I asked the printers back and they refused unless I pay them a handling fee. They then got a person called Phillip ( Pretending to be Colonel Brink from the SAP ) demanding money from me to avoid them laying a charge against me at the SAP. They still have my printers after more than 2 months. I LOST 2 PRINTERS DUE TO CDM. Their owner ( Charles ) is the rudest person I ever met.

The worst ever company to use. If you value your equipment, stay away. They stole 2 of my printers. Then they use a *****ster called Phillip to pretend he is colonel Brink from SAP to threaten you.

Be careful to take your computer equipment to this company in Glenvista. They are *****sters. I lost 2 printers with them. They refuse to hand it back, AFTER DOING NOTHING on them. Then they get one of their friends (Phillip ) to pretend he is Colonel Brink from the SAP to demand a bribe from you to reverse the SAP charge laid against you ( which does not exist). Their owner (Charles) is the rudest person I ever met. If you value your equipment, avoid CDM Computer Technologies.

CDM Computers
This company is bad news. (CDM Computers in Glenvista ). I handed in 2 printers to be serviced. They wanted A WEEK just to give me a QUOTE. I then asked my printers back. Charles, the owner and the rudest person I ever met, refused to hand it back if I do not pay an ******* handling fee. I bought new printers, because it was cheaper than their fee. They then got a person ( Phillip 079 9714764 ) to phone me, pretending he is Colonel Brink from the SAP, demanding a R.1500 bribe to throw out the charges at the police ( There was no charges laid ). I lost 2 printers due to CDM Computers. If you value your equipment, stay away from this company

*****ulent Property Agent
Be careful to rent out your property through Cathy Thompson of Cathric Property in Amanzimtoti. She will take the deposit and first months rental from the tenant and refuses to refund it when the tenant moves out. I had to refund my tenant myself. I reported her to the PPRA, but that takes months to resolve. How can they allow *****ulent people to be registered to the PPRA.
