Negligence from Fishers Jewellers

I recently had a very negative experience with Fishers Jewellers in Walmer Park, Gqeberha. I recently handed in my Fossil watch for repairs to them. Now I find out that my watch was given by them to someone else and they are now trying to say that it was with my permission. Should they not have checked the identity of the person who apparently signed for my watch. Should the onus not be on them to ensure that they give the watch back to the person who left it with them and who signed the watch in with them? This is negligence, plain and simple. I am considering laying a charge of theft with the SAPS. shop@fishersjewellers.co.nz
