THEY DO NOT PAY THEIR MODELS
DO NOT JOIN this agency- THEY ARE ******* I did work for SYNC in November 2023 and have still not been paid. I sent them over 20 emails regarding payment for the work I did, all 20 emails still remain unanswered. I also sent them two letters of demand which were both ignored. I have no choice but to take them to court. They claim to be this big shot- international, professional company yet ignore their models and do not pay them. They are a terrible organisation.

<div>I worked a job in November of 2023 and have still not been paid. I have sent at least 10 emails to SYNCs admin accounts and Alessandrio Bergman (the director) and have received only one response in March saying that they were “waiting for clearance” and since then have received no responses. I have also called them many times and have been told to send an email, which I did, and still did not receive a response. This job was only going to pay R2000, so if they can’t even pay R2000 how can they pay for adverts and renewals? My attorney also sent them a letter of demand just over two weeks ago and they have still not rep****. On top of this, SYNC charges an admin fee of R200 each month which is now just a waste of money. It is actually costing me more to be apart of the agency than what I am getting from them. If you are thinking about joining SYNC, just know that there’s a great chance you also won’t be paid for any of your jobs.</div>
