I had a horrible experience with the salesperson Ms Chantene Barnard from Dualzone Technologies . She was so disrespectful towards me with the booking in of my printer. I told her I tried to phone but there was no answer. She then got angry with me and said there was always a receptionist answering the phone. I then ask for a quote for my printer and she told me in an angry voice, it would take a few days to take the printer apart and see what was wrong. She then said she would send me an email and then I need to pay upfront before ordering the parts. Every time I phoned there was no one answer. I send Emails, and she never replies. A few days later Chantene send me a email telling me to pay upfront for the parts they going to order to fix the printer. This was not what we agreed upon. We agreed that she would first send a quote for me to decide and make a decision,to see what was wrong with the printer and then order the parts fixed before payment. I tried again to contact Dualzone but still no answer. I then decided to make payment to avoid any other uncer*****ies and forwarded a couple of copies of the proof of payment to all the dualzone email addresses eg. collections@dualzone.co.za and waited for their reply. There was no reply. A few days later Chantene forwarded an email telling me the printer was ready for collection and I needed to pay before collection. I went to Dualzone personally with a copy of the payment and she still didn't accept my proof of payment and then told me she can not see the payment on her system. She then wanted me to sign a copy of a receipt with the payment still outstanding. I refused to sign and said that I already paid and showed her my proof of payment. She then requested me again to send a copy via email from my phone while I was standing in front of her with a printed copy. I then forwarded again a copy to collections@dualzone.co.za. She then accepted the payment and I told her that this was the worst service and experience I ever had as a customer. She then told me she gave me customer service and it was good according to her. Chantene Barnard should be fired as soon as possible as she will chase customers away before Dualzone permanently closes their doors.
