Great service albeit some delays

I ordered 2 swiss army knife of there website 12 days ago(a friday) and was told on the monday that the website was incorrect and there were delays in the good getting to their warehouse i was kept in the loop on the progress of my order BY DUMI who assissted me excellently and answered my emails that I sent the courier service they use DSV was excellent and provided detailed tracking information once my order had been sent.I would however suggest perhaps including a invoice of what has been ordered in the package otherwise besides the delay which was only 2 more working days than promised their service was great and would buy again
