I am very disappointed in the service. You can log a complaint after each other. You can try call. You can try to chat.... Nothing...no response for weeks. Then they go and charge you a lot more than they have promised and when you cancel, they want you to pay for two months with the higher service. Then they cut you off because you did not pay...but they invoice you for too much. So where do you have to just get money to pay double or more than double compare to your usual amount.
I am truly disappointed to say that Oppiplaas Restaurant has gone downhill over the past while. Prices have clearly increased, but unfortunately the quality and portion sizes have not improved — in fact, quite the opposite. For what you pay, you receive very little value for money. The food was below average, the portions were small, and it certainly did not meet the standard one would expect from Oppiplaas. This is disappointing, as it was always a place one could confidently recommend. I sincerely hope that management takes note of this feedback and refocuses on quality and value, because at the moment the experience does not justify the price.
I am struggling more than a month now to sort out my mifi router and sim. I had to pay now twice for no benefit. I log a call, but nothing. I am very unhappy.
