Sent through a very expensive thick duvet inner. I couldn't wash it in my washing machine because it was too big and thick, so I decided to send it to Laundry Inc. Initially they **** and said my inner was extremely dirty that it was taking too long to clean and it would be a while before I got it back. Then one of their employers confessed to us that the inner was actually lost. At which point we contacted them and asked about the status of the inner. They called us and told us that the inner was extremely "damaged" that they needed to throw it away. We asked them to return the damaged inner but they insisted that it had to be thrown away. They had the audacity to tell us that we should buy a new inner and they'd pay half the price, we declined this offer. They then gave us two thin, cheap, low quality duvet inners from Mr price and said they were not willing to replace our inner with one of the same quality because our inner was not brand new and they won't spend that much money on us. I am absolutely appalled, disgusted and disappointed by the pathetic service recieved from this particular laundromat. As a customer the one thing you expect from a laundromat is accountability and safety of possessions. Do not use this laundromat, there are many other options in the area that are more trustworthy.
