Dr browns bottle baby choking

We are having issues with the teets of these bottles we ordered 3 boxes of 4 bottles we started to feed the baby being 2 days old and she started choking we checked the test and it was split . Then another 1 today was also split nearly choking our newborn on 2 occasions . I contacted where we purchased the bottles after the first teet splitting and they said they never heard of this issues before and sent out some new teets and today another 1 has done the same thing . We are cleaning them in warm soapy water and then sterilising them in a Milton steriliser so it can't be nothing we are doing I'm not sure why this keeps happening but it seems it's only happening with these packs of 4 that I have bought we bought some different style ones elsewhere and they are all fine
