They shouldn't even get 1 star. There should be an option for zero star. I've ordered items from exotic accessories on the 14th of June. I Sent an email on the 24th of june requesting a follow up because I haven't had any feedback on my order. Still haven't had any response to the email. So I ended up getting through by calling on the 27th of june at which point I was promised delivery between the 1st or 2nd of july. Today is the 16th of July, just over a month and I still have not recieved my order or any sort of courtesy call or even an email to explain the delay. I'm extremely disappointed with the service and would not recommend anybody to deal with such an unprofessional company. I personally wouldn't mind the delay if they had the decency to atleast respond to my email with an explanation of some sort. At this point I don't even expect a delivery so I will just have to take it as a loss.
