I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at your Pringle Village Mall store. My wife recently purchased a pair of size 9 shoes for me as a gift. After trying them on, I realized that I would be more comfortable with a size 10. When I attempted to exchange the shoes, the store manager flatly refused and referred me to head office. Upon contacting head office, I was redirected back to the same store manager, leaving me completely frustrated and without any resolution. This brand/ Store at Irene does not care about customer service, it appalls me that such people are allowed to run a store. I have not received a call from the store to date. This back-and-forth has been utterly unprofessional and unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect a brand of Pringle’s reputation to prioritize customer satisfaction and provide a seamless exchange process, Very pathetic.
I had the most unpleasant experience at King Shaka Airport, marked by blatant **************, a lack of sympathy, and poor customer service. On March 29, 2025, I flew from OR Tambo to Durban for a meeting and returned the same day on FlySafair flight ***67. I was using a cane to assist with walking, and I had no issues passing through OR Tambo. However, when returning, I was suddenly informed that I could not board the plane with my cane. When I questioned this, pointing out that my cane had a rubber tip and was permitted at OR Tambo, a FlySafair staff member responded dismissively, stating that I needed to be "old" to use a cane. This insensitive and baseless remark was both offensive and discriminatory. Rather than engaging with such unreasonable treatment, I simply left my cane behind and limped my way to the plane. However, the experience left me feeling deeply disrespected. This was not just poor service—it was clear **************, and it made for the worst encounter I have ever had.
Had a terrible experience working with Dr Rose leputu. She showed lack of professionalism, she was dismissive, we struggled to get a hold of her on the phone and she never received an update. She shows little to no respect to the nurses working with her. I would not advice anyone to take their loved one to Pholosang Medical centre. If you want care and treatment Dr Rose leputu is not the person to provide that
