Exceptional service from this company. After a small framing error of the art piece we ordered (slightly mis-positioning the printed subject) Pixalot responded almost immediately to our complaint and spared no expense in trying to rectify to our satisfaction. Five stars for the professional response and effort! (The quality of their framing was also exceptional)

Not legit at all!
This is a complete **** in as far as this business is nowhere near Cape Town but operates directly out of China. The webpage does a good job of posing as a legitimate Cape Town business so be warned. Orders are filled out of China and mine took more than 3 weeks to arrive. As soon as I realised I was dealing with a China based operation (my bank added a FX charge to my online ZAR payment) I contacted them on email and received an incoherent response about their international warehouses etc etc . Rather than the ‘European’ quality clothes advertised it is Temu quality ******* sold at 2 to 3x the Temu price. ‘Cashmere’ sweaters are made of some cheap imitation material that feels like an old school jersey! Complete rip-off given the cheap ‘made in China’ items I received vs the price I paid. Sent them a complaint and requested to return the order for a refund and have received absolutely no response at all - no surprise there. Beware!
