I experienced bad service from this company, i paid the courier fee and the product was not couriered back, however, they told me that they would refund me, such never happened. I have been on their case since March 2024 THEIR SERVICE IS BAD.
I bought a phone with a contract from Incredible Connections, I used the phone for not more than 2 months the screen started malfunctioning. I took it back back to the store, thereafter i was given a report that to fix i must pay R9000. i told them that can they return the phone back, i was told i need to pay R450 for the courier. i have requested the bank accounts via email. to cut the long story short i relocated and lost connection with the shop and this year around may i tried reaching out to them about the phone i was told that i must pay the R450 for courier of which i did. Following up with them the phone was not delivered and i got a report that the service provider who was supposed to fix sold the phone. I am very disappointed with their service because i am still paying for the phone and i get avoided by the store manager. i am planning on taking this matter to the consumer ombudsman
