Worst service
I am highly disappointed in MML security it is slowly becoming the worst company. Just last week I had an incident where an unknown person was peeping through my wall I quickly rushed to press the panic button,they responded but the security that came through was so arrogant he came in looked over the wall saw the guy running away he then told us "nah he is far away now" mind you the suspicious guy was still only 2 houses away. The early hours of today (5 March) alarm went off they call I ask them to please send a security (it took a whole 25 mins for the security to get here) I had to call the offices after 15 mins to find out what's happening. The security gets here looks around I think for less than a min and leaves without even checking if we okay inside the house. I then call the office to notify them the guy on the other end of the call just said "you can come through our offices tomorrow and hung up" such arrogance. I am highly highly disappointed in MML security as I trusted this company with all my life.

Bad customer service
Worst experience ever from the store manager herself..very rude,impatient....closing time for the shop was 6pm but at 3 pm she was telling us to please hurry up and pay she wants to knock off ...and I've been hearing people complaining about this lady but thought to myself let me give her a benefit of doubt
