Worst service ever how do they expect to communicate with agents that respond every 30min to amd hour? And then to top it off have your Fibre off for 5 days and only to be told in the 5th day that openserve has canceled your Fibre without any communication or reason as to why cause payments has been made on time. If anyone has a proper and better service provider that they can recommend please do thank you
So I've been trying to get accommodation with this establishment however the response and service is terrible when calling I get "transferred" to nobody and then phone gets hung up when I eventually got thru via email I was told my application timed out cause I took to long however it was literally a few hours as I was awaiting confirmation letter from company however Vuyiseka told me that it was to late and that I should reapply which I did but when I do it says that my application is still in process so can someone please tell me what am I doing wrong or is it just lack of incompetence.
So after going back and forth and me eventually paying the outstanding balance to vericred I haven't received any feedback from them I have sent numerous emails asking for a paid up letter but no response what so ever. Then I tried calling and when j get through to one of the consultants then they pretend that they can not hear me knowing my line is fine and my phone is in good working condition.the level of service is a disgrace.
After giving all information required and invoice no one contacts one or calls. I've reached out via email telephone no feedback nothing. I would not recommend bidvest warranty insurance to anyone the worst by far. What a waste
So I made a booking on the 8/9th of November with a guy named kwanila who apparently doesn't work anymore. However the booking wasn't made. But he sent me a confirmation email stating that he made a booking but the mail was in my spam box which gets deleted automatically and now I can get the mail. However I phone the hotel to find out of the booking is still confirmed according to me a female named tembie says no. So now I am a little edgy caus ei have made plans to put in leave and other reservations. Tembie says however she will sort it out and send me a mail to confirm after waiting 30min for the mail stating that the booking is confirmed I phone to find out a guy answers and says he'll get tembie now as he does that she comes on and asks who it is etc. And then puts the phone on hold and I waited a out 6min and then I canceled the call. What pathetic service. Service delivery is down the drain.
Once again cell c dissapoints so after going back an forth emailing and sending them the letter of confirmation stating that payment has been made. I email them about two weeks ago to find out what the status is of the process no response still waiting for response. Not good
Cell C vangate Mall has terrible service and incompetent staff working there they can't help with a query saying they don't know what to do and can't put me thru to customer service and that I have to use my own phone to phone customer service very poor
What customer service you get from cell c I logged a a complaint weeks ago about my upgrade that I cancelled but now am still being billed and when I phone in to solve the problem the say they will out it on the system for the right department to investigate its almost two months how does it take to investigate that a client has cancelled and hasn't used the device and returned it with in the 7 days. But are very quick to send messages that payment needs to be done and further steps will be taking like ***?
