No Simplicity at Capitec
Tried to open a Credit card ,and as my pension is paid into another banks moneybuilder account that does not allow debit orders. So have to a EFT end of every month into the card . 4 hours later and was then told it has to be sent to an external branch of Capitec to see if they can make a plan. Stupid me I was thinking of moving all of my and my wife's accounts over to Capitec. There is no simplicity here

Worst Pool Company
When I initially ordered the pool ,terrable service and very poor quallity, totaly unprofessional .They where late on delivery didi not do what they said and cut corners on everthing. Today I still have problems with the pool due to poor quality . Worst pool companty out , dont come back to you if there is a problem with the pool . Only reply to you when you want to buy a pool. This has been the worst nightmare of my life regarding something i bought, Dont believe thier add about guarentees and customer service

Extremely poor service
Pre ordered grass and arranged atime and pick up date .on arrival no grass and no one to help.whent to the office ane told they cannot do refunds. Told to come back the next day After a big fuss and 2 hours later received the grass. Not recommended
