We have ordered a few items from this company, and have had very poor results. Our most recent order was for a Stainless Steel drying rack, an essential item here in KZN coast, as everything rusts! So , firstly - nothing on this item is stainless steel. What we received were powder coated, rolled tubes, not even drawn tubes. One of the images appears to show silver tubes, but this is not what was delivered. Very poor marketing and a very high price for what we received. This has been typical of other products we have ordered from Snatcher, and is the main reason we will no longer be ordering anything in future. There is no warranty or replacement facility either, and communication to us, the customer, is absolutely pathetic. Delivery is erratic, and can take up to 6 weeks, with no tracking info or updates - the money just goes into a black hole - and then suddenly there is a courier at the door. Unannounced, unexpected and completely unplanned. Goodbye Snatcher!
My Wife bumped her car and it needed some attention to a rear taillight cluster and bumper. We took it to MAR for an insurance quote. They were excellent in handling the inspection, and quoting to our insurance. We took the car in on a Monday morning, and received a message shortly after advising that the repairs would take about 7 working days. We received numerous updates and pictures of the progress, and were advised to collect the car that Friday - two days early. The handover was equally professionally handled. Their work is impeccable, even other small scratches attended to, and the car looks like brand new - although it is actually 12 yrs old. This online retail store has a great range of products, although it would be wise for the buyer to check pricing at other sites as well, Snatcher is not always the best deal. Our order was delivered within the 10 day expected period, but there was no feedback for the first 6 days. Although one item was incorrect in the box, there is a speedy process to rectify this. Awaiting delivery of the replacement item.
Trouble at Rhino CNC I visited the site on the 13 August 2022 and met a co-owner Juan Botha to inspect the machines and see their work. All looked good, and I left, with Juan promising to follow up with a quote. We moved some items around and reached a final BOM, and I was duly invoiced for a 500x1200 working area machine. This was paid in full. Some odd delays and missing communication, but the machine, mechanical only, arrived on 25 August 2022 There were no drag chains or belts, after calling Juan, he advised that his wife would bring it to me as she works in the area. The machine looked a bit odd, and after measuring - the working area is only 350mm x 900mm, On 26 August, after messaging Juan, he advised that there was a mistake, and he would sort it out. Then there was a problem with sourcing C-Beam extrusion material. Complete lack of communication until I messaged on 6 September, and was told to expect delivery on 8 September 2022 Nothing arrived! No messages Friday 9 August I called Juan again, and he advised the machine was damaged in transit - but we agreed to accept a different colour X-axis beam - and he would personally deliver on Saturday at 10AM Saturday - Nobody arrived at 10AM, or 11AM. At 11h30, I tried calling but no answer. There has been radio silence since then. No response to messages or calls, although I can see that my message was read on Sunday at 15h03. This is completely unacceptable business behavior. I have sourced the material required to get this machine up to spec. and will purchase if we don't come to an agreement. Hello, I placed an order with TSA early on Friday for a new welder. The website was really great, my purchase advised some additional product which I added to my basket and checked out. There are many payment options, including ZAPPER, with which I am very comfortable with. Slick and smooth. Now for the wait - I thought. No ways!! Within 30 mins I had a confirmation eMail, a little later another - product was packed and ready for courier. Late afternoon, message that the parcel was with the courier. This morning, notification arrived from The Courier Guy that my parcel was in the delivery van. It was 05h50, can you believe it... At 11h00 - ding-**** - my new welder arrived. Amazing. We had a wonderful experience at the 4Ways branch after we were badly let down by New World Discount. We were in the market for a new bean to cup coffee machine and Ricardo really came to the rescue by adjusting the pricing on a Siemens EQ.6 machine. He also advised us on the extended warranty which we accepted. Friendly, expert service as usual.
My first call went to voicemail, but Cassim called back promptly and answered my questions. The website is very informative, and I placed and paid for my order with no issues. Estimated delivery was 8 days, but I was called 2 days later to confirm there was someone at the premises to accept delivery. The service was fantastic and follows the best practise of under promise and over deliver.
