I have been trying to get hold of someone that would be able to provide me with correct banking details for a manual payment, but I have been transferred from pillar to post with no assistance. Can someone please call me back !! I spent an hour trying to get assistance
This company is a ***** ! They don’t deliver in South Africa, they will gladly take your money but when it is time for them to refund they will not do it ! They even debit your account even when you cancelled your subscription. DO NOT subscribe!!!
I called Sanlam around April 2024 to cancel my policy with them, the gentleman I spoke to advised that I should complete the form and reply back to the email which I did. To my surprise that was a no response email. In May I sent an email to Sanlam again to ask that they cancel my policy, but again my request went unanswered. In July again, I called and spoke to a Siphokazi who asked me to forward her all the email communication and that she would escalate the matter to her manager, it has been 3 weeks and I have not received any response from her or the 2 other ladies that I spoke to after her with regards to my escalation. I would not recommend taking out a Sanlam product to anyone as they are quick to take your money but fail when they have to pay you back.
