Ink Warehouse Toner cartridges
Bought a supposedly compatible cartridge for my laser printer through Takealot. Reviews were good on their website. It is non-returnable and absolutely didnt work - printed pitch black pages. There is no contact number for the supplier on the box to ask if there was something I could try. Be careful.

Frustration with MWeb contact
I signed up with them as a service provider but after spending an hour trying to get through on their AI system, which kept recording only the last four digits of a number I had to put in... my frustration levels were through the roof. This was in response to repeated missed calls from them, supposedly to confirm my account, but once again must have been some AI set up, as my phone never rang - just showed the missed call. After a week - the system showed that my account hadnt yet been processed. I then chose to read the very bad reviews on Hello Peter and decided I didnt need this level of frustration in my life. Have rejoined my old service provider who may cost more, but who were unbelievably supportive. Would be SOOO good if people in the service industry could provide an alternate means of contact when their systems are not up to scratch.
