On the 1 July 2024 I bought 3000 red clay bricks from Mariesa Duvenhagen and Leon van Deventer who advertised on Facebook marketplace .I couldn't deliver before they had the money in their bank account ,after numerous empty promises off the bricks to be delivered , I finally had to cancel , On request of my refund ,I was told by Leon , transport will take R1100 the bricks company another 25% and my refund will only be R1550.that will only be paid 7 to 14 working days later .Just to learn that their isn't a brick company he get his bricks from its is sourced from buildings being demolished , and that he has a driver who does his deliveries for .A Driver who didn't even charged me for delivery , because they where still struggling to get bricks ,Leon and Mariesa take money from people with out even having the product to deliver .And fabricate cancellation fees , which was never discussed before hand .The don't deliver as promised ,they don't communicate .The refund hasnt been made back to me ...There was no brick company or tansport company ever envolved .And I have more than enough evidence to proof my statements.Please don't do business with these people they take your money ,dont deliver the good ,and refuse to give your money back .Which resulted me unfortunately to take them to the police ,so that matter can be resolved , and they can pay me back my R3300 they took from me.
