Parcel not received.

28 July 2024 I placed an order with this company till today there hasn't been any correspondence, they said they start delivering after 10 days after they checked their products thoroughly and during that process customer will always be updated, but no communication was ever received from this company, have sent numerous emails enquiring about my parcel but no feedback was received, you guys are a terrible company,you give people bad and rediculous service, your trading licence must be taking away from you guys because you are nothing but a bunch of *****sters and ****mers.
