Disappointed with Quality After Less Than a Year

We were thrilled when we first got these couches because they looked so stunning and functional with the modular system. We were also excited about the Fibreguard material. Unfortunately, after less than a year, we have been quite disappointed. First, the fabric started pilling, which made the couches look terrible. I've never had a couch from any price range do this. I found out that pilling wasn't covered by the warranty and was considered 'normal,' so we waited for it to improve, but it only got worse. The fabric has aged poorly, despite being kept in good indoor conditions. Additionally, the structure of the couches has deteriorated, with noticeable sagging and loss of shape. Recently, I discovered that the fabric has begun to pull apart in some areas. I'm genuinely disappointed. I'm not sure if our set was defective or if this is a common issue, but I expected much better quality.
