We called this company out to fix our washing machine. Marshly, who came out, said our drum needed replacing. It took him 2 days to do the work, and he left pieces of our washing machine all over the floor, came late on multiple occasions and was incredibly unprofessional. When he eventually completed the job, our washing machine leaked and made a loud noise when we turned it on. I asked him to fix it again, but he ignored me. He charged R2850 for 'the work' and a callout fee. This was six months ago. Today, my washing machine broke again, and I had to call another repair person. He told us that Marshly had damaged our machine beyond repair and that we needed to buy a new one. Instead of replacing the drum, he used cable ties to 'fix' the machine. He does not know what he is doing, he is dishonest and a ****mer.
