Avoid at all costs

Luigi Lombard is a huge ****mer, avoid booking with him at all costs! I booked them after seeing their ad on Facebook and paid the deposit. I grew suspicious of them after their lack of communication and did further research when I found multiple bad reviews and news articles about them. I contacted the brides they worked with and all of them explained their horror with wild wilderness. They **** brides by promising they would come to the wedding but then send a 3rd party photographer on the day, they don’t fulfil their contracts and they also make brides wait more than 6months for their pictures and don’t show for engagement shoots. Their communication is pathetic. We were lucky enough to figure them out in time and cancelled with them a month before the wedding. They have been ghosting us for weeks, despite my lawyer sending them a letter of demand for our deposit. We are in the process of gathering evidence for a legal battle. I am also working closely with other brides to create awareness about Luigi and wild wilderness to ensure other brides don’t get ****med as well
