Jeremiah Punt Stellenbosch University- beware of his preachings!
This minister who trains future preachers has the audacity to write scathing reviews online because he did not want to pay for gas usage and electricity consumption. If the place was so bad why did he stay on? This man teaches future preachers at Stellenbosch University. Sad to see how people use religion to get ahead in life. Our society is in serious trouble! Why stay on for two months and then make a complaint? This man should be removed from his position. Practice what you preach. Money is an evil thing! Beware and do not rent to him and his wife! He brought extra family members too!

Carien Punt author- bad tenant
Carien Punt author of a book and involved with student training at Stellenbosch University Drama department damaged our premises, brought in a number of family members to stay with them. They refused to pay for damages, electricity consumption and then have the cheek to write scathing reviews when they stayed on for two months. Her husband is a Church Minister and teaches future ministers. What a sad state of affairs. Money is the root of all evil.

Gillian Campbell-Codner commits perjury. She could face jail time.
Gillian committed perjury in court to enrich herself. A case is being opened against her. Her knowledge of accountancy is poor despite advertising herself as being an accountant. I would not employ her due to her dishonest nature.

Deon Bester - do not do business with my business DIY. He is not trustworthy
Deon Bester and his wife Ludine signed a lease to rent, made us hold the place for him and then could not manage to pay anything further. He is aggressive and you should avoid doing business with him. They will move into your property and squat. He took photos of me without my consent and plastered them all over the papers and social media. Do not do business with him as you will burn your fingers.

Amy Smego stylist- bad tenant. Do not rent to her as she will ruin your house
Amy Smego stylist damaged our house we rented to her and refused to pay for the damages. She allowed her puppy to damage the doors and blamed the damage on cats. She burnt out 2 hobs that needed many repairs and replacements. She is not honest in her dealings and will ruin your house. She uses threats to get ahead. Do not do business with her as you will spend a fortune on trying to reinstate your house.

Tenant went as far as to drill holes in our roof, walls and refused to reinstate them. She does not pay on time. I do not recommend you should rent to her. Her brother smokes like and chimney and will ensure he smokes on top of you. She will get her friends to park unroadworthy cars against your walls to damage them. Shortly after moving in the sheriff of the court came to repossess her items. When asked to pay she calls you a seamster. Her singing leaves much to be desired and the neighbour's would knock on the door to ask her to keep quiet. A very bad experience - warning to landlords

Gillian Campbell-Codner - bad payer and she will trash your house.
Gillian Campbell-Codner rents properties and trashes them. She brings many animals that she locks up in doors all day. They do all of their business inside and then refuses to clean up before vacating the premises. She never pays on time and is all in all a very bad tenant. She will not take responsibility for damages and if confronted calls you a ****mer. Her knowledge of accountancy is poor as she does not know what a credit or debit is. She is selfish and will expect you as landlord must fetch her phone she left at home and drop it off at work. I would not recommend this tenant to any landlord or to share with anybody as she falls out with people and is extremely aggressive. Bad tenant and check her accounting knowledge before employing her.

Amy Smego designer - poor tenant and does not pay her way.
I suggest not doing business with Amy Smego. She left our house in a shambles and refuses to pay for damages. She **** to contractors to get cheap prices and her clothing choices leave much to be desired. I would suggest not employing or doing business with her full stop. She jumped on a plane and headed for the USA leaving our house in tatters!

Gillian Campbell-Codner - falsely claiming she is an accountant and damages property and won't pay
Gillian advertises herself as an accountant yet she has no qualifications. She has no knowledge of debit or credit. I suggest you don't rent accommodation to her. She has many animals that destroy everything (including beds) but won't pay for damages. She is self centered and refuses to allow viewings. Her dogs are left to defecate and wee throughout the house but she won't clean. She is aggressive and fights with everybody. She then had the audacity to complain about myself on social media when we bent backwards to assist her (even lent her our vehicle). She expected me as a landlord to take her cellphone to her office when she left it at home. She lives in the Herm**** area and will ruin your property so stay away.
