I joined Virgin active on February 2024 and signed up for 1 year contract so fast forward to this year January 3rd they sent me an email telling me that my contract is expiring next month so I didn’t respond cause I didn’t want to renew it then in the beginning of this month someone from Virgin active called me and said that I owe R30 from February since my contact had ended so I said okay I paid it..Tell me why they calling me almost everyday for the past 2weeks telling me I owe money for march because when the contract ended I didn’t notify them that I want cancel and I’m like what you mean you guys literally sent me an email telling me that my contract is ending next month so they knew and mind you no one called me to ask if I want to renew my contract they just decided to continue and keep billing and no one told I had to cancel the contract when I joined cause I signed a one year contract and when it ended I thought I was done.
I just ordered using Uber eats and they got my entire order wrong and I also ordered a Coke Zero but I didn’t get it and the Uber guy said they didn’t give him any Coke Zero so in total I paid R112 for just a kota.. how ridiculous!!!
