I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the delivery service provided for my order, Sir Fruit , which was placed on 28 November. Timeline of Events: 3 December: I was notified that my order was on its way. Driver Communication: I spoke with the driver, who initially claimed the order had been delivered. He later contradicted this statement, mentioning he had 100 deliveries to manage. 5 December: The order was marked as "Out for Delivery" again and was finally delivered at 16:30. Issues Encountered: The perishable goods were left in a hot vehicle for two days, resulting in ruined stock. I had no choice but to send the items back with the driver to the supplier. To complicate matters further, I received two additional deliveries intended for Monday, which arrived on Tuesday at 18:30. Given that I am based in an office park with specific office hours, this was highly inconvenient. I was informed that the stock should be delivered today, but considering the nature of the items, I am deeply concerned about their condition. Conclusion: This entire experience has been unacceptable. Given the lack of professionalism and care demonstrated in this situation, I fail to understand how Breeze Delivery is permitted to handle deliveries for Sir Fruit/Sir Juice. I expect a prompt response and a resolution addressing the inconvenience and loss incurred due to your service.
Feedback on Marketing Innovation Summit Registration Experience I registered for the Marketing Innovation Summit, which was scheduled for July 3-4, 2024, at Vodacom World, Midrand, Johannesburg. On June 28, I received an email informing me that the event had been rescheduled to August 1-2, 2024, due to unforeseen circumstances with the venue. Unfortunately, due to work commitments, I am unable to attend the new dates. I requested a full refund since I had paid in full for the original dates. While I received an acknowledgement of my request and was assured that refunds would be processed promptly, I have followed up multiple times and have yet to receive my refund.
