This is an amazing App, it can even be used to pay your parking fee and avoid standing at the long ques at the ticket machines that don't always work.
Baught an uncapped wi fi router online from MTN in June 2024 , month to month basis. Paid for router 3 day delivery promise not kept. After numerous lenthly and very frustrating calls to call center the unit was delivered but more calls had to be made for unit to work. We never got MTN to activate the unit, call center pass you to and from one department to another with achieving only frustrating the customer no service on modem. Decided to return the unit an cancel the contract after we still received no internet connection and we're debited R31 000 for this service not rendered. We returned the unit to MTN Tygervalley and we're told they can not assist us to cancel the month to month, we returned all the debits how ever did not receive our bank cost or startup fee back from MTN. This was in July, problem still on going and a double debit was made again of our account in August. The personel and store manager at MTN Tygervalley extremely rude and unhelpful. They don't want to help us cancel and refund the unit.
I tried to purchase an mtn modem from Mtn, on 16 June 2024. After numerous calls to call center no joy in getting modem and service by end July 2024 Went to MTN Tygervalley returned the modem and was debited R430 x 70 R31 000 and tried to stop the account no joy. Returned the debits but this month they still debit my account. Iesh how do we get this sorted?
