Copy Express, The Sanctuary BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Good day I would like to file a formal complaint against Copy Express, The Sanctuary, Somerset West. This is now the maniest complaint I'm filing against them. There is clearly a problem at this branch. As you can see below, I needed them to print me vinyl stickers on the 1st of October 2024. Today is the 12th of October and they have only communicated twice to me. I still don't have my vinyl stickers, and the hotel I work for has now given this project to a different company. We have decided to move all our future projects away from Copy Express and won't use them again in the future. Now, just as my previous projects, Copy Express, The Sanctuary have taken the position to ignore my emails, even though I have tried to make contact with them numerous times. Not Monique nor Ernest was able to help me. One of my projects in August 2022 was just as an issue. The production manager, Elizabeth Nel, gave me an incredibly bad attitude and got my order completely wrong. I had to take off from work so I could go see her and tried to fix the problem. There was also an issue during that time with my business cards and some other stickers. I had to go somewhere else to have them printed. So in my personal life, I will never make use of Copy Express, The Sanctuary again, and I will not recommend this branch to anyone in the future. Please look into this ongoing problem. Thank you.
