I bought an incorrect watch band online and have been trying unsuccessfully via their site support, email and telephonically to return said product for a replacement. Support and email just don not get returned and the last time I got through on a call I was just hung up on. DO NOT USE Garmin SA to buy any product as their customer service is non existent. The initial purchase was smooth and effortless which shows that they are quick enough to take your money.
Trying to get a letter out of Momentum to explain the amount paid out and how they processed it is terribly frustrating. My Gap cover needs this explanation as it is not clear to anybody. Correspondence has been ongoing since 6 June and still unable to give a satisfactory explanation. There automated call centre is also not user friendly.
