Sold my Boat without paying me

Gave my boat to Andre De Villiers at ADV Leisure to sell in April 2024. First, he transferred my boat to ADV Leisure without my signature or permission. Then he sold the boat and received the money on 2024.05.01. He never informed me that the boat was sold, I only became aware of this 3 June 2024. Up to this day he has not paid me may money R245000.00. I made a case at Boschkop Police Station 93/7/2024
