Hi there I did a booking with Booking.com for accommodation at the Precious Paradise Ushaka in June. It was from the 25th of June 2024 to 28th June 2024. The accommodation was terrible not clean Toilet was dirty Place smelt dusty and damp. I contacted Book.com immediately and let them know that we could not stay there the place was not what we promised please do not pay them because we had to find alternate accommodation. They told me 3 days later that Precious Paradise Ushaka got paid. I must contact the Hotel but when I phoned the Precious Paradise Ushaka the lady insisted she did not receive the money. To this day I have not been refunded. I think that is very unfair as it was not my fault. So please I need my money back Thank you But to this day I got
I am most disappointed with Precious Paradise Ushaka and Booking.com I booked accommodation from the 25th of June 2024 to the 28th June 2024 through Booking com to stay at Precious Paradise Ushaka on arriving at Precious Paradise Ushaka the accommodation was not what we were promised we arrived there at 3pm the accommodation was not ready we were asked to come back, we had to leave when we came back the room that they had given us looked like they just had it fixed for us to stay in. The bathroom was not clean The TV did not work It was smelling dusty and damp. So we told them that we were not happy. I tried to get hold of Booking.com but with no joy I kept getting the answer that some one will contact me in 24 hours. So we had to find alternate accommodation So eventually after 3 or 4 days later I got a call from Booking.com to say that Precious Paradise Ushaka must give me a refund because they got paid for the accommodation But the lady that I got hold of to complain as bout the accommodation being bad said they did not receive the money from Booking.com R2300 later I am still waiting for them to refund m
