We booked through hyperli. Took us ages to get an appointmment. Finally got one a month later for tomorrow. We received an whats app message at 17h00 today on sunday to say our day is cancelled for tomorrow. This is for a work team building and we have 1 person coming from Pretoria, it is also not possible to just make adjustments last min. We have only a week each month when we can book to be away from the office. This is a huge inconvenience and dissapointment. We want a refund. Dealing with them so far was not a pleasant experience.
