I am extremely dissatisfaction with the service provided by Mercedes Benz Tokai. I have been taking my vehicle for annual servicing at this branch, and each time, it comes back with an oil leak. Last year, after the service, the sump was leaking excessively. This year, I am facing the same issue with another oil leak. It is extremely frustrating and disappointing that a reputable service center like Mercedes Benz Tokai is causing re-work and inconvenience to its clients instead of resolving the issues. I expect a high standard of service from Mercedes Benz, but my experience has been far from satisfactory. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed promptly to prevent further dissatisfaction.
