Upset and disappointed

I have been trying to secure loan for year's since 2016 but ever since I was and still not successful. I had no dealings with such individual or institute. I have tried on numerous attempts to get myself off their records with no luck. I now am at my wits end. Is there anyone out there who can help or advise what I can do or what further actions I need to take.
