I'm really tired of waiting now what should be done now for me to get my money, since April to date??? Can you please process my claim

How long will I wait for my claim to be processed? I made the claim in April till to date is still not processed, Re:1743129.so many negative reviews yoo, what's wrong with this company, was told to make a follow up with Nadine Thorne but she doesn't even respond to emails

REFUSAL TO REFUND
This firm has caused us pain and frustration for the past 10 months,, they were suppose to do a land transfer in November 2023,they kept on giving us excuses about delays for the past 10 months, lately portia prudence chilwane decided to cancel the transfer due to reasons known to her and offered a refund within 7 days, till to date we still struggling to get our refund, she went as far as creating 2 **** proofs of payments and send them to us, when we verify the authenticity it was ****,then she changed the story and said she cancelled those transactions she will do another one, she gives excuses of her banker making errors everyday. MTSHALI CHILWANE ATTORNEYS, DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. TILL TO DATE WE STILL FIGHTING FOR OUR REFUND
