We spent R60,000 on a corner unit recliner set back in January 2024, and all we have to show for it is frustration and regret. We paid the full amount upfront—yes, we were that naive, but we trusted them. Unfortunately, this has turned into a nightmare. The quality of the product was far below our expectations, and the customer service has been appalling. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issues, we've received little to no support from the company. Their communication is terrible, and they clearly do not care about their customers once they've taken your money. We will definitely learn from this experience, but we want to warn others: DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
