Vehicle broken into

Good day, i visited KFC De Aar Monday 20.4/09/02. While my vehicle was parked outside someone broke into it and took our wallets and cellphones. I requested the CCTV footage in an attempt to recover our belongings. I did'nt receive much help. i have been calling the branch since yeasterday and still no assistance is granted. Can someone please assist?
