I think this new security measure is unnecessary and excludes people who don't have smartphones, like my uncle and some of my family members from the Free State. They're not fami**** with this technology, and it's unfair to force all visitors to have a smartphone. The requirement to take a photo of their licenses and a selfie is too much. I'm definitely leaving thisplace. We are still in Africa, where not everyone has the luxury of owning a smartphone. Therefore, we object to the requirement for visitors to take selfies and photos as part of the administration process. It's an unnecessary burden and excludes those who don't have access to smartphones. @office@thewilliam.co.za
