POOR SERVICE

I bought piston rings at AHK auto in Eerstervier on the 4th of September rings Wil be delivered same day at 12 by 1 went to the shop salesman told me he didn't ordered it yet and apologised went back at 3 and got the rings only to find out it's the wong rings.salesmen told me they cant refund me cause it's a special order the wrong rings cost R550... after up and down the salesman told me they have the correct rings in store but it will cost me R290 at a special price so I paid the 290 and sitting with rings of 550 which I can not use....POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
