We have been with webafrica for a veeeeery long time now. We used the app to downgrade a package, and some kind of mixup occured. We struggled to get through to someone on email, but with the whatsapp services I was helped and sorted out in one day! Super helpfull whatsapp team!! Very very very bad services. It took them very long to respond on our first communications for quotes, after not finding anyone else to change our banking details with medical aids, we chose to use their services. From initial contact in middle of 2024 to now end of January 2025, there is still a medical aid not paying into the right account. Throughout we struggled a lot with communication and delays. They promised a 50% refund that was logged in November but never received by us. They are now completely ignoring our communications to get the final medical aid to change details, and get our refund.
