Started off quite well. Excellent service and amazing deals. Recently they've fallen off terribly. It's impossible to upgrade a contract, make any changes to accounts or literally anything else. Contracts automatically continue after the terms.....and much more For the past year I've been getting incorrect data allocations on a few contracts. Been empty promises and pointless hours on the phone. Even went into the offices in Westville and tried to fix my existing contracts (none of the upgrades had correct data allocation). But this month was my last straw. I cancelled my Home LTE with them. THE DEBT ORDERS STILL CAME OFF FOR 2 MONTHS AFTER CANCELLATION!!! (Tgies was after the 30 day notice period and the post paid months) This month I contacted my bank and forced the debt orders to stop, for a fee obviously. I requested a refund for the incorrect debt order. No luck. Instead they suspend another number(the last one I have existing with them) because I stopped the debt order. Absolutely do not recommend them. Extremely poor of late.
Pathetic service. In conjunction with Tyme Health. Wasted more than 18 months of payments. Account suspended despite everything being in order from my side. I possible to process even one claim. No response to emails for more than 8 months. I'd actually like a refund of all my payments. Coz it was basically ******.
Specefically reviewing the health insurance offered. An absolute ****. Literally. No services. Was an error on my debt order in Feb 2024. I emailed and enquired and no response. Eventually my policy was suspended because their records weren't correct. I possible to make any claim. To get even a GP visit is not possible. Basically lost more than 18 months of payments. Even a massive headache to cancel it. Rather pay few hundreds more at another medical aid and actually get something in return instead of your money being wasted/******.
