Poor and inadequate service

Please be very careful when dealing with this company. On 1st of August 2024 I contracted this organisation to repair a leak in the waste pipe of one toilet. They attended and repaired leak for a cost of R 1075.25 for less than an hours work. Time can be proved by access gate controls on my complex. Last week the leak reappeared less than 5 weeks after their so called repair. I contacted them yesterday to correct the poor service I had received only to be informed that they would only come out for another "call out" fee plus any costs they incurred. Is this really a company you would want to engage when they do not accept responsibility for their poor quality service.
