Compliance inspections
Would not recommend them at all, they send inspectors who do not inspect properly for compliance. They include items physically missed by the inspector, as well as items NOT actually required for compliance in a quotation for repairs, prior to issuing the compliance certificates. They of course offer to do these repairs for you, and even offer a "discount" for the work which is not required for the COC's to be issued. When you point out that they are including work not required for compliance sign-off, and even quote the laws in black and white, they ignore you and continue to send invoices for the inspections. If you don't pay for these inspections, they hand you over to their debt collection agency. A case has been filed with the relevant authorities and industry bodies.

They of course offer to do these repairs for you and even offer a "discount" for these superfluous repairs. When you argue that they are including things not required for compliance sign-off, show them the laws in black and white they ignore you and hand you over to their debt collection friends. It is basically ******ion. A case has been filed with the relevant authorities and industry bodies.
