It is always late. I have a very bad experience with this one. They do not communicate.

COMPLAINT ABOUT POOR SERVICE
They have a very poor service with ZERO HONESTY. They are not reliable. I did the process yesterday mid-day but even now they haven’t collected my parcel. I don’t recommend them to anyone. They don’t know their work!!!
