This man Russel Reddy or Y.G. REDDY is a con artist .After paying him up front he failed to deliver what was quoted for .Ihave approached the SAPS and was informed that i need to open a civil case. I approached a debt collector to try to recover some of the money. He promised to pay the money back to them but has failed to do so after now nearly a year. Their advice was to start legal proceedings. Being a pensioner the cost of legal services is beyond my reach. I am sure that this man is targeting pensioners knowing that cost of legal procedings is beyond their reach. I hope someone oneday has the means to put this person behind bars
