Disappointing Service

Disappointing service indeed. I'm not the type of person to react on bad reviews but this will be my last resort to name and shame Pont De Val. Maybe here I will get some sort of reaction from them. My Birthday this Sunday, wanted to spend it there, as my last experience there a few years back was a good one. With emails, online chats and calls. Only received one email back from them stating I needed to fill in a few details before they can proceed. Which I did. Nothing back at all. I wanted to book a table for 20 pax, drinks and snacks\Tapas if they had, as that is what I was wanting to know all along if they do offer some sort of bar snacks. Nothing back in return at all. Even called them yesterday stating our issue. All the receptionist could do was apologize & say she will get back to us later the day. Still waiting. Wow they must be doing exceptionally well to turn down a function of 20 people. Need be I have made a booking at another venue or are more then happy to accommodate us. Thank you Pont De Val for nothing. Unfortunately going forward nothing positive will come from me to others about you.
