My experience with sales assistant was great very helpful. The company had exactly what I was looking for. Gertrude was the sales assistant. However, the 1st engine looked good to the eye. About to install the engine, we noticed some cracks on the block. Returned the engine, and they provided me with an alternate engine. However, the 2nd on looked like it had fallen off a train. I refuse the 2nd engine, and they gladly returned my payment less the 20percent handing fee. What an absolute *******
