WARNING: Potential ****! Please Read 1. Customer Service Nightmare: Dealing with their customer service has been a frustrating experience. They take ages to reply, and when they finally do, their responses are unhelpful at best. They often promise, "We will get back to you," but that never happens. You’ll find yourself constantly chasing for updates. 2. Lost Order Drama: It’s been nearly three months since I placed my order, and despite my endless emails asking for updates, the last response I received was that my package was lost. They offered me a measly 40% refund, even though I never received the item! And honestly, any major company, especially Asics, should have insurance for lost packages. Here’s a snippet of their email: Dear customer, We got reply from the shipping agent, your parcel was released from customs already, but they can not find the package now, it's lost. Sorry for the trouble. In this case, we would like to give the 40% refund to you. Hope you can understand we're out of control after goods is shipped out. We also have loss on this order, such as shipping, product and manual cost. If yes, we will proceed the refund immediately. Best Regards, Customer Service Department In conclusion, if you're considering purchasing from Asics SA, do so at your own risk. This has been my experience, and I personally cannot recommend or support Asics brands anymore.
